Hi there! I'm Dr. Seamus Allen.
I am a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic - Davenport, IA.
I love providing chiropractic care to optimize the nervous system and to therefore help patients support optimal immune system health, endocrine health, muscle and joint health and overall body-wide health. It's an incredible blessing to help patients overcome chronic and debilitating symptoms and to eradicate pain through chiropractic care.
I'm excited to come to you and offer convenient, affordable, professional chiropractic care with skill and precision.
When I'm not adjusting patients, I enjoy focusing on my other business - Emunah Health, a concierge, online health consulting business.
I also enjoy playing guitar on the worship team at church, working out and spending time with my family.

How Can I Help?
WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT SCHEDULING PROCEDURE?
The free 15 minute consult is optional. This is meant for further acquaintance before I show up to a patient's house to adjust.
To initiate the process, fill out and submit the health history intake form and sign the HIPPA Compliance and Informed Consent forms. Once this is completed, you can click book now under the House Calls section. This will bring you to a calendar and allow you to book your appointment at your desired date and time.
WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
Insurance is accepted in the form of me providing a health insurance claim form upon request so the patient can submit that to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.
(I operate under section B with Medicare so I can see Medicare patients but do not have patients submit claim forms to Medicare. We can submit secondary insurances in that case.)
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?
For a single patient I charge $50 for an adjustment and a travel fee of $20.
Any other patients in the house I charge $35 for the adjustment.
The travel fee is only applied once per visit.
Acceptable forms of payment: credit card, checks, cash, HSA, FSA.
No extra charges incurred, for instance exam fees.
